I ordered a case from BoxWave and had a simple question about shipping, but getting an answer took a lot longer than I expected. At first I wasn’t sure if anyone had even seen my message, which was kind of annoying.

They did eventually reply, and the answer was fine, so it wasn’t like they completely ignored me. But the wait made it feel like I had to keep checking back and guessing what was going on, which gave me mixed signals about how much they actually pay attention to customers.

The case itself was okay, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole experience was terrible. Still, the slow support left a bad impression, and I probably wouldn’t order again unless I couldn’t find what I needed somewhere else.

I sent my item back and then had to email them twice before the refund finally showed up. I’ll be honest, after a while I started worrying I was getting messed around or that I’d have to chase it forever. It did get sorted in the end, but the whole return process was slow and annoying.

I’m glad I double-checked the size because this ended up fitting my tablet well. It took me a minute to confirm it was compatible with my model, but once I did, everything worked just fine. Overall, I’m satisfied with it...

It looked decent in the pictures, but once I actually put it on, the whole thing just felt off. Like, the buttons are weirdly hard to press, the cutouts don’t sit quite right, and the case feels chunkier than it needs to be. It’s not totally unusable or anything, but it’s just annoying in a bunch of small ways. I wouldn’t buy it again...

I got my order from BoxWave and it was mostly right, the main things I needed were there and worked out fine, but one item wasn’t quite what I thought I had picked which was a little annoying, shipping was fine nothing amazing but not bad either, so overall it wasn’t a terrible experience and I might order from them again, I’d just definitely slow down and double-check every detail next time before placing the order.

The case feels solid and not like some cheap piece of crap, so that’s a win. But after just a week, it already has a few little scuffs on it, which is kind of annoying. Not a dealbreaker, just mildly stupid.

I ordered a BoxWave screen protector and at first I thought it was going to be fine. It applied easily and looked decent for the first couple of days. But then the corners started lifting way sooner than I expected, and it began collecting scratches like it had been on my device for months. I tried to live with it, but it kept getting worse, so I ended up reaching out to customer service and escalating the complaint because it just didn’t feel like normal wear. It’s not the absolute worst screen protector I’ve used, but for how quickly it started failing, I wouldn’t buy this one again.

I was just trying to order a case, which you’d think would be straightforward, but the website had other plans. The search took longer than it really needed to, and some of the product pages felt like everything was just thrown on there at once. Super helpful if you enjoy digging through clutter, I guess. It also wasn’t great on my phone, which is always fun in this day and age. I did eventually find what I needed, so there’s that, but the whole thing was way more annoying than it should’ve been.

I don’t have much patience for stuff that costs this much and then feels so underwhelming. For the price, I expected a lot more. Not worth it.
